I have over eight years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining MRG’s Global Business in India, I worked as a recruitment consultant in the Real Estate and Construction practice at Michael Page India.
I specialise in mid to senior-level recruitment across real estate developers, funds, EPCs, IPCs, co-living, co-working, and the hospitality sector. My experience also includes working with renowned organisations such as Embassy Group and CBRE, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of the industry from both client and consultancy perspectives.
I hold a PGDM in Advanced Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research, and I’m passionate about helping businesses grow through strategic leadership hiring.

How has your career at MRG progressed?
My journey at MRG has been incredibly rewarding. As the first person hired for the India team, I had the unique opportunity to help lay the foundation for our operations here. From working on diverse mandates across sectors to setting up the initial client relationships and billing processes, it’s been a hands-on experience in building the India business from the ground up.
How do you add value to your customers?
As a real estate recruiter, I add value by combining deep industry expertise with a consultative, solutions-focused approach. I take the time to really listen to my clients and understand their pain points—whether it’s finding leadership talent for niche roles, improving hiring efficiency, or aligning talent strategy with business goals.
