I’m a recruitment professional with over 12 years of international experience across executive search, talent acquisition, and RPO. As Associate Director at MRG Global, I oversee our South African operations and support our expansion into the Middle East.
My role involves managing day-to-day operations and the local team, while also delivering exceptional talent to key accounts and identifying new business opportunities across the EMEA region. I specialise in real estate, development, and destination-scale projects, with a strong focus on building senior relationships and delivering tailored talent solutions.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, travelling, and spending quality time with my family.

SA Growth Project - I was fortunate to play a key role in expanding our South Africa presence, actively supporting the hiring of three new team members, each already making a noticeable impact.
