I bring over three years of professional experience in talent acquisition across the technology and hospitality sectors. I have previously worked as a recruiter with Catenon, Pune where I focused on sourcing and placing talent in tech-driven roles while also supporting select hospitality mandates. Prior to transitioning into recruitment, I worked in the biotech industry, which helped me develop a strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to candidate evaluation.
I hold both a B.Tech and an M.Tech in Biotechnology from KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar. My combined academic foundation and recruitment experience enable me to understand complex hiring needs and deliver well-aligned talent solutions with a consultative approach.
