About Olly

I’m an executive search professional with 26 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I specialise in senior-level placements within the real estate, construction, and mobility sectors, with a strong track record of building and leading recruitment businesses that deliver high-calibre talent to C-suite and executive roles.

Since 2019, I’ve served as Regional Managing Director at MRG People Asia, overseeing strategic hiring across APAC and the Middle East. Previously, I led Gattaca’s Asia Pacific real estate division and managed specialist teams across infrastructure, civil engineering, and new build sectors.

Earlier in my career, I held senior roles at BPW Global Search in Dubai and Hill McGlynn in London, having started out at Keyman Construction in 1999.

How has your career at MRG progressed?

I'm still in the same position as Managing Director of Asia. However, I will be moving to Saudi Arabia later this year to take on the Managing Director role in Saudi Arabia, which would represent a significant progression in my career.

Is there a particular project that you have been involved in that you're proud of?

All of the projects I have worked on I am proud of.
