I’m a Recruitment Coordinator at MRG, based in KSA, supporting recruitment activity across the Middle East. I assist with coordinating hiring processes, ensuring recruitment projects run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
My role includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, formatting CVs, maintaining recruitment trackers, and providing onboarding support. I also assist with broader HR tasks, including job description preparation and recruitment administration, working closely with senior consultants to support day‑to‑day delivery.
I contribute to maintaining clear communication and organisation throughout the recruitment process and use AI tools to support sourcing, writing and process efficiency, helping the team deliver a structured and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
