With over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, primarily in a support role, I’m responsible for maintaining and developing MRG’s technology, streamlining system processes, and ensuring our IT infrastructure is future-ready.
As CRM Manager, my focus is on making sure our systems are functional, efficient, and aligned with the needs of the business. I work to ensure the CRM is fit for purpose, enabling the team to maximise its value and increase productivity across the organisation.
By continuously improving our technology and processes, I help position MRG to operate more effectively and stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

How has your career at MRG progressed?
I'm only in my first week with MRG but I can already see myself here for a very long time.
What's the emerging trend in your sector specialism and how are you responding to this?
Artificial Intelligence is an everyday tool nowadays and it's crucial to utilise this in every way you can when dealing with IT systems. Having the ability to keep up to date with the various implications and impacts it can have is very important.
How do you add value to your customers?
We add value by using the Technology available to enhance the Client and Candidate experience with MRG, seamlessly enabling us to go through the recruitment processes in a confident and professional way.
