About Olympia

Olympia is one of the world’s most ambitious regeneration projects. Built as an events and exhibitions venue almost 140 years ago, today it is undergoing a £1.3bn transformation into London’s newest cultural destination. Once complete, Olympia will be a showcase for global culture, live entertainment, innovation and creativity.

Designed by Heatherwick Studio and SPPARC for Yoo Capital and DFI, this new vision for one of London’s most architecturally striking sites will offer visitors from all over the world the chance to come together to be entertained, learn, innovate and do business.

Olympia Estate Services:

Recognising the importance of professional management and peaceful co-existence, the owners have established Olympia Estates Services, a management company dedicated to the operation of the estate on the owner’s behalf. This decision reflects a commitment to direct oversight and accountability in addressing the needs of both the estate and the local community.

The core objective of Olympia Estate Services’ (OES) management philosophy is to provide a management service that is both efficient and attentive. We aim to position Olympia as a valuable asset for the owner, a supportive service for its occupants, and an appealing attraction for visitors and the local community. Our commitment is to ensure a secure, well-maintained, and vibrant environment that meets the needs of all our stakeholders.
