Project Director, Quality
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director, Quality, to join a major infrastructure program in Saudi Arabia. This confidential role involves leading the implementation of a comprehensive quality strategy to ensure value for money, certainty in delivery, and continuous improvement across the Earthworks and Roads program. Reporting to the Executive Director, Earthworks and Roads, the role requires exceptional expertise in quality management and a passion for driving excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the implementation of a quality strategy to ensure optimal outcomes and delivery certainty.

Lead a proactive, risk-based approach to quality management, fostering continuous improvement across the program.

Provide regular updates to the Executive Earthworks and Roads on quality performance.

Communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all forms of communication.

Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment with quality objectives and standards.

Contribute to risk and opportunity management in the context of quality performance.

Implement a robust quality audit regime across the Earthworks and Roads program.

Lead, support, coach, and mentor quality representatives within project teams to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Key Qualifications and Experience:

Proven expertise in quality management within large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in roads and earthworks.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience delivering high-quality outcomes in large infrastructure projects, ideally within the Middle East or other international programs. Familiarity with Tier 1 contractors or managing Tier 1 contractors is essential. A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach, combined with technical expertise, is critical to success in this role.
