What do you do at MRG?
As Director of MRG Consult, I’m focused on supporting existing and potential clients in developing teams. My primary role is designing and implementing leadership and sales development programs that impact organisations’ growth and success.
What are you most proud of that you have achieved in your career to date?
It is being one of the founders of MRG Consult.
How did you get into training and development, and why?
Training and development found me! I’ve always loved asking questions and connecting with people, so building a career around that felt natural. I’m endlessly curious about people’s stories and find it incredibly rewarding to be part of their growth journey. There’s nothing better than helping someone turn a new page and seeing them thrive.
What energises you about working in this sector?
I get a massive buzz from being involved in projects that shape careers and entire organisations. Especially in places like Poland, where everything is evolving quickly, it’s exciting to contribute to that growth. Watching leaders and teams transform and knowing I played a part is incredibly inspiring.
What’s the biggest thing that’s changed in training and development since you started?
The move towards virtual learning has been tremendous. It’s made training more accessible and allowed me to work with a diverse group of leaders and teams worldwide. I love the richness this international perspective brings—it’s added so much depth to my work.
What’s one thing that most people don’t know about you?
I’m a practising stoic!
