Project Director, Interface
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director, Interface, to join a major infrastructure program in Saudi Arabia. This confidential role involves managing complex interfaces across multiple districts with competing priorities within a high-profile development. Reporting to the Senior Technical Director, the role requires exceptional leadership and execution expertise, particularly in bulk earthworks and road construction.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clear, accurate, and focused leadership in managing interfaces across multiple districts.

Ensure seamless coordination of scope, risk, and integration across subdistricts in collaboration with development teams.

Communicate effectively across all levels, providing regular updates to the Leadership Team and Executive Director.

Collaborate with procurement, project execution, planning/project controls, and contractors to ensure safe and successful delivery of works.

Drive performance in project and contract delivery, ensuring alignment with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards.

Identify and mitigate risks while contributing to opportunity management within the delivery phase.

Foster strong relationships with delivery partners to maintain positive and proactive collaboration on all project, commercial, and contract matters.

Maintain a high level of commercial acumen and ensure clear understanding of scope to manage interfaces effectively.
Key Qualifications and Experience:

Proven expertise in project leadership and execution, particularly in bulk earthworks and road construction.

Strong experience managing complex interfaces across large-scale infrastructure projects with competing priorities.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects, ideally within the Middle East or other international programs. Experience with Tier 1 contractors or managing Tier 1 contractors is essential. A proactive and collaborative approach, combined with technical expertise, is critical to success in this role.
