I bring over three years of experience in talent acquisition, client servicing, and business development across the real estate, infrastructure, energy, and engineering sectors. Before joining MRG’s Global, I worked with Integrated Personnel Services, where I specialised in recruitment for marquee clients such as Sterling and Wilson Solar, Celeros Flow Technology, Saipem, Jacobs, and Samsung Engineering, supporting hiring needs across India and the Middle East.
My background combines recruitment delivery, client engagement, and business development, which has enabled me to build strong partnerships, enhance client retention, and provide a consultative approach to hiring. This dual exposure has given me a well-rounded understanding of the recruitment landscape from both the candidate and client perspectives.
I hold a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester, complemented by a certification from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode in Human Resource Management and Analytics.

Clients don’t just want someone who can do the job today; they want future-ready leaders. I support them by tracking these market shifts, proactively building pipelines, and engaging candidates who can drive innovation and long-term value.
