In addition to a full search and branded advert campaign, MRG worked with the 40 Leadenhall branding team to produce individual candidate brochures, in collaboration with a detailed LinkedIn marketing campaign.
Each final interview round consisted of additional Thomas PPA assessments, which were shared with the interview panel ahead of the final round. The newly appointed Head of 40 Leadenhall was included on the subsequent interview panels, to assist in the development of their new team.
From launch to final offer, the whole campaign was completed in 6 months.
