I’m an experienced Campaign Delivery Manager and have supported recruitment campaigns across the MRG Group for the past eight and a half years.
I manage the delivery process from start to finish, ensuring both candidates and clients receive the best possible service. This includes coordinating project support, managing candidate communications, conducting research, resourcing, and handling any other tasks needed to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Q&A With Sally
How has your career at MRG progressed?
I joined MRG in 2016 after graduating from St Mary’s University, starting as a Delivery Consultant within the FM (Facilities Management) team. Under the guidance and mentorship of Michael Hewlett and Sian Gardiner, I was able to build a strong foundation in talent sourcing and campaign delivery. Their leadership played a key role in my development, and over time I progressed into the role of Campaign Delivery Manager. This transition allowed me to take on more strategic responsibilities, contribute to managing the delivery of recruitment campaigns, and contribute more directly to the success of our clients and candidates. It’s been a fulfilling journey of professional growth within a supportive and expert-led team.
Is there a particular project that you have been involved in that you're proud of?
I am really hands-on with the headhunting and candidate sourcing side of our campaigns, and there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a direct headhunt land the role.
