About Alison
I am the Business and L&D Manager at MRG and Executive Assistant to Global Director, Matthew Evans. I have a key role in supporting Matthew and his respective teams with proposal writing, work winning and recruitment campaign setup activities, and supporting crucial business operations worldwide. As part of my job, I collaborate with many of our consultants to produce compelling content showcasing the wonderful work we do here at MRG from both an external and internal perspective.
Additionally, I am responsible for the Learning and Development coordination and delivery across MRG, working with our managers to develop and implement learning strategies and programmes that are aligned with our organisation’s objectives. I oversee our internal Mentorship programme which has been a positive force in connecting our teams across time zones and borders and sharing valuable knowledge between our consultants. I also work closely with our Business and People Manager to ensure our new starters have a seamless and welcome introduction to our company and get them up to speed on our training content.
I am also a mental health first aider and striving to create a culture of wellbeing at MRG which is inclusive to all.
