Investment Programme

To support the realisation of the University Strategy we have embarked on a major new investment programme in our physical and digital infrastructure, the £500m Integrated Infrastructure Plan. This will see several seminal projects to support our Transformational Initiatives, including a new iconic Student Centre at the heart of the campus, a new home for the School of Physics, Engineering and Technology (PET), and a world-class building to accommodate the new Department of Architecture. This investment and the associated projects will also be integral to the delivery of the University’s Sustainability Plan, achieving a pathway to net zero by 2030.
