UP is an established niche brand of The Management Recruitment Group. We recruit for professional services leaders for higher education institutions.
When was UP established?
UP was formally launched in 2019. An increasing number of MRG’s higher education clients were engaging us to support them in other areas of professional services and it made sense to expand with their needs.
Why did MRG set up a separate brand?
We set up a separate brand to recognise that higher education professional services was a specialist area in itself.
What size is the UP team?
There is currently a team of three dedicated to UP with additional project administration and marketing support from MRG.
What makes UP unique?
I personally have worked exclusively within higher education since 2011 and in that time have worked with over 40% of the universities across the UK. Since UP’s inception we have placed almost 200 candidates into professional services roles with our higher education clients.
