I’ve transitioned into a national role supporting all interim, contract, and freelance recruitment within the Bids space, following notable success in the interim market. With a strong track record of placing work-winning professionals across multiple sectors, including Civil Engineering, Business and Professional Services, and Non-Profit organisations, I bring over nine years of recruitment expertise, seven of which have been dedicated to Bids roles.

Previously, I focused on the Midlands, North, and East Anglia regions, where I built lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the UK. I began my career in bid recruitment, specialising in the civil engineering sector, before expanding into multiple industries within the work-winning environment. Now, I recruit across all bid functions, from bid assistants to bid directors, ensuring businesses secure top-tier talent to drive success in competitive bid and tender environments.

With a decade of experience in bid, business development, and marketing recruitment, I provide clients with deep market intelligence. I advise on salary bandings, candidate expectations, and industry trends, ensuring they attract and retain top talent. My consultative approach helps businesses secure the right professionals to drive their work-winning success.

Is there a particular project that you have been involved in that you're proud of?

I successfully recruited for a challenging Head of Bids role, strategically navigating the market to identify top talent. By understanding candidate expectations and aligning them with client needs, and secured the ideal hire. This achievement reinforced my ability to deliver tailored recruitment solutions in competitive environments.
