I’m an executive search consultant with 12 years’ experience specialising in senior candidate search and selection within the Built Environment sector, focusing on both technical and corporate roles. I’m currently expanding our local and regional presence, utilising various recruitment methods—from multi-stage retained searches to RPO projects. I’m passionate about the world of work and believe every new role my candidates take is an opportunity to improve their lives and those around them. I’ve been involved in placing senior candidates in some of Malaysia’s most influential projects that have helped shape the nation. The growth of advanced manufacturing and data centres is creating new, tech-focused jobs, elevating the quality of Malaysian candidates and supporting further construction projects. What's the emerging trend in your sector specialism and how are you responding to this?
The rapid growth of data centre projects in Malaysia coupled with limited talent pools create an interesting opportunity to surface candidates with tremendous transferable skills, related projects and proven leadership, with clients looking to see candidates who can demonstrate leadership on the ground coupled with strong emotional quotient.
How do you add value to your customers?
Being completely transparent with clients with market findings such as current salary benchmarks and market outlooks without overpromising on what we can deliver within an agreed timeframe.
