What are you most proud of that you have achieved in your career to date?
I’m most proud of building a strong foundation in technical recruitment by supporting the hiring of professionals for major infrastructure projects. It has given me valuable insight into the industry and prepared me to take the next step in my career with MRG Global.
How did you get into recruitment, and why?
I started my career supporting recruitment within the engineering and construction industry, where I discovered I enjoyed bringing together talented professionals and taking on exciting projects.
What energises you about working in this sector?
What energises me most is that every conversation can have a real impact on someone’s career while helping businesses find the people who drive their success.
What’s the biggest thing that’s changed in recruitment since you started?
Recruitment has become far more relationship-driven and data-informed. Candidates expect transparency, speed and a positive experience, while clients increasingly value market insight and long-term talent partnerships rather than transactional hiring.
What’s one thing that most people don’t know about you?
Outside of work, I enjoy making music and learning new skills that challenge me creatively.
What’s the best advice anyone has ever given you?
Consistency is key.
