Behind every successful placement is a lot of quiet coordination, and that's where I come in. As a Recruitment Associate Consultant, I support specialist recruitment, with a focus on large-scale real estate, infrastructure, and development projects in Saudi Arabia.
I like to think of myself as the connective tissue of the recruitment process: keeping candidate information sharp and current, bridging communication between candidates and clients, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks before it reaches the finish line.
I care about getting the details right, with an eye for precision, patience with the process, and an instinct for finding the right words, and I always look to grow deeper into the strategy side of recruitment.
