As part of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility within MRG, our CSR Group have been focussing on three key elements of their strategy, this focuses on:
- Sustainability: Taking steps to reduce our carbon emissions and our move towards Net Zero, and working closely with the consultancy LCMB.
- EDI: We joined The Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion in June 2021, and want to ensure we continually enhance best practices, with continued training and methods to reduce barriers to entry.
- Fundraising: As a business we want to ensure we are giving back to our community. With a range of activities planned, our chosen Charity for 2022 is Suited for Success.

We voted on some great charities for our 2022 chosen charity with Suited for Success coming out as the winner. We felt this charity tied in so perfectly with the ethos here at MRG and how we all believe in the importance of giving everyone the opportunity and confidence to get a job that could change their life.
If you haven’t heard of Suited for Success before, they help unemployed men and women prepare for a job interview by providing FREE interview coaching, employment preparation skills, and interview clothing to make sure that everyone can make a great first impression.
Our CSR team are already busy working on a calendar of fundraising activities and identifying opportunities for our team to get involved with the charity.
Stephanie Howe, Business Sector Director and member of the CSR Group, had to say about the partnership: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Suited for Success as our chosen charity for 2022. We appreciate the importance that first impressions have in the recruitment process. Not only do Suited for Success provide suitable interview attire, but also deliver confidence-building interview preparation and support for those from a variety of different background/circumstances looking to return to work. MRG is committed to raising as much money as possible in 2022, to support the excellent work that Suited for Success does.”
