What is you role at MRG?
I am the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director while providing executive search, business development, and operational excellence. Managing executive administration, client coordination, recruitment operations, talent mapping, CRM and data management, HR, marketing, and strategic initiatives. Working closely with global teams to enhance business performance, strengthen client relationships, and deliver high-quality executive search solutions.
What are you most proud about that you have achieved in your career to date?
Every place I have left I have left on a good note, and I have been asked to return on multiple occasions. This equity is what I am most proud of, and I carry that with me everywhere I go.
How did you get into recruitment, and why?
I actually come from a sales and customer relations background. Back in 2020 at TaskUs, I got involved in recruitment as part of my role, and I genuinely enjoyed it more than I expected. So, when I got a call from MRG, I thought, why not give it a shot? I’m an extrovert and love interacting with people, so recruitment just felt like a role that suited my personality really well.
What energises you about working in this sector?
What energises me most is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a real impact by connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunities. I also love that no two days are the same- every role, every client, and every conversation teaches you something new and that’s what excited me the most.
