Since we opened our office last year, I have been getting to know Kuala Lumpur, the beautiful capital city of Malaysia. With its shiny skyscrapers and colourful local culture, it’s quickly become my office away from home.
Following the November 2019 launch of MRGPA lead by MD Olly Piltz and his growing team, we have had an amazing time. We quickly won the RPO for Lendlease across the region as the sole recruitment partner and got off to a flying start, with the project now thoroughly imbedded and successful. Due to the exceptional success of MRGPA thus far, we are looking to expand the business in various different ways both locally and globally.

Looking beyond the current success of MRGPA
The Lendlease RPO project has been highly successful in establishing MRGPA’s presence in the area and we are now hearing from clients who are keen to do business with us elsewhere in Malaysia and beyond. We’re now looking for recruitment leaders with established connections in local markets to become stakeholders in the growing success of the MRG brand.
We currently have stakeholder opportunities available to recruitment professionals with a network in the Asian markets. We will work with you to leverage our contact base and use this across Asia in order to extend the MRGPA brand with clients in the Property, Construction and Infrastructure space.
