I’m an experienced Executive Search Consultant with over 25 years in the recruitment industry across the UK and MENA regions. As Business Director on the International Team at MRG, I specialise in senior and C-suite appointments within luxury hospitality, design, and finance.
I began my career in M&E Building Services in the UK, later becoming a top-billing consultant in South Africa, placing elite finance talent across multiple sectors. At MRG, I lead global resourcing for key clients and drive business development in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Known for my client-first approach and deep market insight, I deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes. Outside work, I enjoy hot yoga, gardening, and walks with my beloved dachshund, Ringo Starr.

What makes MRG 'Different by Design'?
"Different by Design" to me means that my relationships with both clients and candidates are equally important. Listening and understanding the intricacies of a job brief, requirements and the challenges of the role, as well as the responsibility of understanding the importance of a person's career aspirations and if a particular job opportunity is right for them and their family.
How has your career at MRG progressed?
I first joined MRG in its early days back in 2007 as Practice Manager, leading the M&E Division from our very first office in Twickenham. In 2009, I made the decision to return to South Africa to be closer to family.
In March 2022, I re-joined MRG as International Resourcing Manager withing the International Team, and in August 2023, I was promoted to Business Director.
The business has grown and evolved significantly since those early years. There have been many challenges along the way, but staying resilient, maintaining a positive outlook and being part of a supportive team has made all the difference.
How do you add value to your customers?
I bring a consultative, strategic approach with deep market insight and an international network. Human beings want to be listened to and understood.
