What we do in the Middle East

MRG works with some of the Middle East’s most ambitious government-affiliated organisations, PIF portfolio companies and private developers to identify and secure senior leadership talent.

Our work spans the full real estate and development lifecycle, with particular expertise across development, project delivery, design, asset management, commercial leadership and corporate functions. We have built extensive networks both regionally and internationally, allowing us to combine strong local market knowledge with access to global talent for complex and highly specialised appointments.

A significant proportion of our work has been supporting new organisations, major developments and rapidly scaling teams, where understanding the varied Middle Eastern markets, the project environment and the practicalities of attracting international leadership into the region is particularly important.
