Are you a visionary leader in revenue management with a passion for driving growth and optimizing profitability? We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Revenue Management to lead the revenue strategy for a client with a diverse hospitality portfolio.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and implement pricing strategies that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in revenue management, market trends, and distribution channels will be instrumental in maximizing the potential of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative revenue strategies across a multi-property portfolio.
- Analyze market dynamics to optimize pricing and distribution channels.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align objectives and drive profitability.
- Monitor and adapt to evolving market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to revenue teams across the portfolio.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, managing large clusters or portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with a mastery of revenue management systems and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience operating in multiple countries and regions; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
