Reporting to the Head of Estates, the Senior Project Manager will lead on all projects, providing, business cases, scope, plans, costs, and construction delivery, for new business development, refurbishments and department specific large maintenance projects. The Senior Project Manager will also work with all other departments to design and deliver a business wide project management programme.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project leadership roles across property and estates portfolios of significant complexity. We are seeking to maximise the potential of our history and brand and the physical environment needs to support this – we are therefore seeking an individual that will thrive on the opportunity to deliver a diverse range of refurbishment, fit out, maintenance and conservation projects spanning hospitality, sport, heritage, commercial and public realm environments in a campus-type environment.
Given the role involves developing relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, we are seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and who is delivery focused and customer oriented. The role calls for the ability to work in a flexible and responsive manner given the demands of the Ascot lifestyle and sporting calendar.
