Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial strategy for master planning and infrastructure delivery.
- Oversee budgets, contracts, and schedules for high-value development projects.
- Ensure seamless integration of commercial, operational, and technical requirements.
- Drive stakeholder engagement to align project objectives with client vision.
- Monitor and manage risk across all phases of development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Significant experience in commercial leadership for master planning and large-scale developments.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, budget management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Previous experience with mega-projects or mixed-use developments preferred.
- Middle East experience is a strong advantage.
