Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of commercial strategies for master planning projects.
- Oversee contracts, budgets, and reporting frameworks for assigned initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies to maintain project schedules.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in commercial and operational roles within master planning or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation, budget management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Middle East experience preferred but not essential.
