In this position, you will play a central role in MRG Asia’s growth across the Asia region. You’ll lead business development, account management, and recruitment efforts, playing a key part in forging new client relationships, securing high-value mandates, and enhancing MRG Asia’s presence in the market.

Your core responsibilities will include the following:

Business Development

  • Identify new clients and actively engage with them to introduce MRG Asia’s services.
  • Organize and conduct meetings to deepen client relationships and ensure alignment with their hiring needs.
  • Secure new roles from existing or new clients, driving pipeline growth

Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client expectations.
  • Regularly check in with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress and address any emerging needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and culture, tailoring our services to align with their specific objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Sourcing

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through online platforms, industry networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to present high-quality candidates that meet client specifications.
  • Manage a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring efficient placements across various roles.

End-to-End Recruitment Process Management

  • Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from intake to final hiring, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate offer terms, aligning client and candidate expectations and finalizing employment terms.
  • Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain a positive experience with MRG Asia.

Reporting and Data Management

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all activities in our CRM (Bullhorn) for effective data reporting and analysis.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, KPIs, and achievements, supporting our strategic growth objectives.

Advertising and LinkedIn Presence

  • Develop LinkedIn to promote MRG Asia’s services, achievements, or new opportunities, engaging with a broader audience.
  • Ensure advertising of key roles and updates on MRG Asia’s progress.

Professional Networking and Industry Events

  • Identify and attend relevant conferences and networking events, representing MRG Asia and building valuable connections within the industry.

Team Management

  • Build, lead and manage a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior members.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, ensuring team goals align with business objectives.
  • Promote professional development within the team to encourage growth and enhance overall team performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Business Development Experience: Proven success in acquiring new clients, preferably in Construction, Real Estate, Asset Management, Facilities Management, or Property Management sectors.
  • Account Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with their hiring needs.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading and motivating a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Ability to oversee all stages of recruitment
  • Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Networking: Willingness to attend industry events to build connections and promote MRG Asia.
  • Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: A demonstrated history of success in business development within the recruitment industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, including key roles and requirements across property development, asset management, real estate investments, and construction is preferred but not mandatory
  • Recruitment Skills: Proficient in various recruitment methods such as headhunting, direct search, and networking. Ability to source passive candidates and fill niche roles.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage negotiations and offer solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
