Senior Bid Manager – Central London – Up to £75,000 – All sectors considered – Central London or Offices Surrounding London

 

I have an outstanding opportunity to work as a Senior bid manager to help build a brand new Work winning team in either Central London or Surrounding London areas for a family run company that has been around since the 80s.

 

As a company they have grown 50% per annum every year and are currently holding a revenue of over £200 million with growth aspirations to open offices in America . They promote a positive culture with away days and prize lunches with flexible working availble with 2-3 days in the office.

 

You will be working on asset management contracts, Housing associations and Central government bids ranging from 1 million to 10 million and will be working on p to 5 bids at one time.

 

You will be required to help bid and win projects to deliver to the business whilst supporting the pre-contracts manager and estimators in the bidding process.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating direction and strategy for their bid and tender process
  • Work on multiple bids at 1 time
  • Managing bid writers and bid team administrators
  • Reviewing all tender documents ensuring they meet all client needs
  • Creating and improving proposals and PQQ documents
  • Proofreading documents

 

Skills required:

  • Proven track record of Work Winning
  • Excellent market knowledge
  • A proven track record of delivering high quality bid submissions, working to tight deadlines
