Position: Sales Director – Luxury Beach Villas.

They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead the sales team for their exclusive beach villas project in Hoi An, Vietnam. With a total of 198 exquisite villas, this project offers a unique opportunity to showcase the beauty of the coastal lifestyle in one of the most sought-after destinations in Southeast Asia.

Job Description:

As the Sales Director for the luxury beach villas project in Hoi An, Vietnam, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and drive business growth. In addition to leading the in-house sales team and managing sales agencies in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and China, you will leverage your strong network of contacts to high-net-worth individuals and connections to major companies to promote and sell the villas to a prestigious clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for both direct sales and sales through agencies.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the in-house sales team as well as sales agencies in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and China to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Utilize your strong network of contacts to high-net-worth individuals and connections to major companies to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agencies, major corporations, and influential individuals.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with sales agencies to target high-net-worth individuals and major companies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the target markets to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management covering both direct and agency sales channels.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in the target markets.
  • Work with the project delivery team to ensure project timeline and delivery targets are met.
  • Manage the hand over process from construction completion and hand over to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the hospitality or property development sector.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Experience managing sales agencies or partners in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and China.
  • Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  Ability to multitask, work remotely and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin or Vietnamese. Knowledge of other languages such as Cantonese and Korean is a plus.
  • Strong network of contacts to high-net-worth individuals and connections to major companies.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Vietnam and experience working with high-net-worth clients.
