THE ROLE

 

The Property Analytics Manager will play a crucial role in driving portfolio analytics and strategy. This position will partner with the estates, asset, and development regional property teams to identify value-add opportunities and track the performance of the portfolio.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Driving Portfolio Analytics and Strategy: Develop and present data analytic models to identify trends, patterns, and forecasts.
  • Partnering with Regional Teams: Collaborate with estates, asset, and development teams to identify value-add opportunities and track performance.
  • Data Analysis and Market Research: Conduct market research on emerging property markets and port-related opportunities to inform decisions.
  • Performance Tracking: Identify and track the performance of the portfolio and provide consistency across all regions.
  • Dashboard Preparation: Prepare dashboards highlighting key performance metrics.
  • Market Trends: Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and real estate market dynamics.
  • Communication: Track external property data and communicate findings effectively.

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Strong analytical skills, capable of articulating and reporting using business and financial metrics.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software including Excel, Power BI etc
  • Ability to interpret complex information and data.
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to operate in varying cultural environments.
  • Proven experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
