We are looking for a QA/QC Manager to join on a contract basis for a greenfield data centre project located near Shah Alam, Malaysia, offering a monthly salary of MYR 15,000–17,000 per month.

The Role:
- Ensure all construction works meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Manage inspection processes and oversee quality control documentation.
- Ensure contractors adhere to specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate inspection and testing activities across civil, structural, MEP, and architectural works.
- Liaise closely with construction and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Conduct regular site audits and ensure quality documentation is properly maintained.
- Lead quality review meetings and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with subcontractors to ensure their QA/QC processes align with project expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction quality management, ideally with exposure to data centre or mission-critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, quality systems, and inspection/testing protocols.
- Proven experience working on fast-paced, high-specification projects.
- Ability to manage QA/QC teams and interface confidently with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Available to start on short notice or within the next 4–6 weeks.
