Project Director, Handover and Completion
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director, Handover and Completion, to join a major infrastructure program in Saudi Arabia. This confidential role involves overseeing the end-to-end process of project completion and asset handover, ensuring crisp and seamless transitions. Reporting to the Senior Project Director, Earthworks and Roads, the role requires expertise in project completions, stakeholder collaboration, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive handover and completion strategy, ensuring a clear and structured process for each project.

Provide proactive updates to the Executive Earthworks and Roads on the status of handover and completion activities.

Foster a culture of collaboration by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and project teams.

Ensure completion requirements are considered and integrated at all stages of the project lifecycle.

Drive continuous progress in handover and completion activities across all project teams.

Document and communicate a clear and detailed process for project completion and handover.

Ensure all project contracts include specific completion requirements.

Implement a risk-based approach to quality, proactively addressing potential issues before they arise.

Maintain clear, accurate, and focused communication across all levels to support effective execution.
Key Qualifications and Experience:

Extensive experience in project completion and handover within large-scale infrastructure projects.

Proven ability to develop and implement structured completion processes.
