Project Director
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join a major infrastructure program in Saudi Arabia. This confidential role involves leading the delivery of key earthworks and roads packages within a high-profile development. Reporting to the Senior Project Director, the role requires strong expertise in project execution and a commitment to safety and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage clear, accurate, and integrated project execution for allocated earthworks and roads packages.

Drive safety performance and ensure adherence to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards.

Oversee forecasting, cost management, and financial/cash flow systems with advanced IT proficiency.

Provide regular updates to the Senior Project Director on project performance and contract status.

Lead design, procurement, and delivery efforts for assigned projects.

Work collaboratively with procurement, project execution, and planning/project control teams to ensure successful and safe project delivery.

Proactively manage contractor relationships to influence project outcomes positively.

Communicate effectively across all levels to ensure clarity and focus in all forms of communication.

Identify and mitigate risks while contributing to opportunity management.

Foster a high-performing project team, mentoring and developing team members to drive continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications and Experience:

Proven track record in project delivery, specifically in roads, earthworks, or infrastructure projects.

Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing complex contracts.

Proficiency in financial management and project control systems.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally within the Middle East or other international programs. Experience working with or managing Tier 1 contractors is essential. A proactive and collaborative approach, combined with technical expertise, is critical to success in this role.
