Non-Executive Advisor (Advisory Panel)
Location: Remote with occasional travel
Engagement: 2-3 days per month
$: Fixed Day Rate

A major development organisation is establishing a high-level Advisory Committee to support governance and decision-making across a portfolio of complex, large-scale projects.

We’re seeking globally recognised Non-Executive Advisors with deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Mixed-use or mega developments, over $1bn.
Entertainment assets, attractions, or venues
Residential, commercial, or hospitality real estate
Urban mobility and infrastructure
Investment management or asset strategy

This is a strategic advisory role (approx. 2–3 days per month) contributing to internal review panels that assess major development and investment proposals. You'll bring an independent lens, challenge assumptions, and support long-term value creation across a multi-sector portfolio.

$2,000 USD/day consulting agreement
Flexibility on location and time commitment.
Can sit on multiple panels and committees.

Ideal candidates will have senior-level experience (board, C-suite, or advisory), a reputation for sound judgement, and the flexibility to commit to occasional engagements as per project requirements.
