The Role 

As the National Building Services & Compliance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the business and assets meet best practice guidance and legislative requirements in relation to health & safety and technical compliance. As well as playing a key role in site mobilisation, by identifying and implementing PPM schedules and compliance actions.  

The appointment will oversee instruction of relevant risk assessments for each asset and ensure site teams complete actions correctly and within require time frame. Other site level compliance duties will include auditing, monitoring performance of building data, site inspections and work closely with the Asset Manager and Life Safety Consultant to identify fire safety issues 

All applicants should possess a NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety qualification and demonstrate experience in managing fire safety matters within residential buildings. Candidates will also need to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, work to strict deadlines and be organised and efficient.
