Are you an M&E professional with strong expertise in costing and tendering?

Join a leading main contractor where you’ll prepare cost estimates, review tenders, negotiate contracts, and ensure projects are delivered on budget. You’ll also drive value engineering, cost control, and compliance across M&E packages.

We’re looking for candidates with 5+ years’ experience in M&E costing, a qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying, and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Familiarity with PAM, PWD, and FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
