A confidential organisation leading one of Saudi Arabia’s most significant development initiatives is seeking a Manager to join its newly established Investment Management division.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing team responsible for driving investment strategy, transaction analysis, and portfolio performance across a diverse and high-profile asset base. The successful candidate will combine strong technical capability with commercial acumen, supporting financial modelling, due diligence, and investment reporting activities.
Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.

Conducting valuations, benchmarking, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Preparing presentations and analysis for investment committees and senior leadership.

Supporting transaction processes including joint ventures, capital raising, and asset monetisation.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective portfolio oversight.
Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience within investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a strong understanding of financial modelling.

Strong grasp of financial markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles.

Background in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications (MBA, CFA) preferred.
