Core Responsibilities:

Lead tenant representation assignments, managing leasing transactions across office, retail, and industrial sectors.

Deliver insightful market analysis and strategic advisory to clients, influencing critical leasing decisions.

Effectively negotiate leasing terms, ensuring best outcomes for your clients.

Develop and maintain strong networks with brokers, landlords, and industry professionals to facilitate smooth leasing processes.

Collaborate closely with transaction management and brokerage teams to streamline and optimise leasing activities.
Who we're looking for:

A proven track record in transactional leasing, tenant representation, or commercial brokerage over a 3-5 year career to date.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to successfully close deals.

An established network within the commercial real estate industry.

Confident and professional in client-facing situations, skilled in relationship building.

Fluent English essential; Arabic language proficiency strongly preferred.

A relevant real estate qualification or MRICS accreditation will be considered advantageous.
