Learning and Development Manager

About the role:
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Learning and Development Manager for one of the region’s largest privately owned consultancies in Saudi Arabia. The primary purpose of this role is to implement and manage the entire learning and development (L&D) function within the organisation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the implementation, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee skills and align with company objectives, including technical, behavioural, and leadership training.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in developing their teams, including implementing personal development plans for high-potential employees.
- Ensure mandatory training requirements are met and regularly report on the effectiveness of learning and development activities to senior management
- Continuously seek out and implement innovative learning solutions that drive employee engagement and improve learning outcomes.
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring that funds are used effectively and negotiating with external providers to get the best value.
- Contribute towards the company’s internship and local development programs, ensuring they align with company standards and provide valuable learning experiences.
You will need to be:
The ideal candidate should have in-dept experience managing comprehensive performance management systems, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. They possess a deep understanding of L&D strategies, with the ability to design and implement training programs.
Background, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Over 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development Management
- Have SHRM, CIPD, or ATD Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or similar
