One of my longstanding clients has approached me to find an Interim Operations Director to support them through a period of change whilst a permanent appointment is made.

This role is part of the senior management team, reports to the Executive Director and CO-CEO, so will come with high levels of responsibility and visibility. The key tasks of this role will be to lead a high performing Estates, Front of House and Security Teams across a busy estate which consists of three buildings and 3 sites. 

Service delivery is first and foremost when it comes to this role and the organisation, providing that outstanding experience for all visitors and staff is key. There are new venues opening that will need support in their mobilisation, as well as leading on safety, security and environmental objectives.

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate your extensive estates and facilities management background, your people and leadership skills, as well as that personal and professional credibility that is essential in a role of this nature.
