Head of Portfolio Operations – Central London Portfolio

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation renowned for its progressive approach to property. This strategic role will focus on delivering exceptional property and operational management for a prominent mixed-use portfolio spanning offices, retail and residential, driving best-in-class service delivery, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead teams, oversee asset performance, and shape the long-term strategy for portfolio excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver strategic operational and property management plans.
  • Oversee managing agents and service delivery partners to ensure excellence.
  • Lead the management of public realm, commercial, and residential assets.
  • Drive sustainability, ESG initiatives, and customer-focused operations.
  • Mobilise new developments and manage seamless handovers.

About You:

  • MRICS-qualified or with equivalent experience in property management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, mixed-use portfolios in senior strategic roles.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, customer experience strategies, and sustainability.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record in team and project management.
