Head of Design & Architecture – Landmark Mixed-Use Project – Seoul
Help shape one of Seoul’s most iconic new developments.
We’re representing a major Korean group as they embark on a transformative real estate venture — a high-rise mixed-use scheme in Central Seoul, combining luxury residences, branded hospitality, retail, office space, and vibrant public realm.
As Head of Design & Architecture, you’ll drive the project’s design vision, overseeing architectural execution and cross-disciplinary coordination from early concept through delivery. This role is ideal for a senior leader with deep experience in high-profile, design-led developments and a passion for place-making at the highest level.
What you’ll be doing:

Lead design strategy across all elements of the development — residential, hotel, office, retail, and public space.

Oversee all design disciplines including architecture, interiors, landscape, lighting, wayfinding, MEP, and structural.

Evaluate and approve deliverables at key design stages (concept, schematic, DD, CD).

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners including global consultants, brand operators, and authorities.

Ensure timely progress, budget alignment, and high design quality throughout the process.

Represent the developer in design reviews, workshops, and key meetings.
What we’re looking for:

20+ years in architecture and design management, including luxury high-rise and branded hospitality projects.

Track record leading major international consultants and delivering large-scale, mixed-use developments.

Strong grasp of urban design, hospitality branding, and residential market trends.

Fluency in design coordination, systems integration, and technical review processes.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; licensure preferred.

Familiarity with Korean permitting and construction documentation is a plus.

Bilingual (Korean/English) required.
