Our esteemed Property Developer GLC client is looking for their next CEO.

Must have Board management experience (having reported and presented to the Board)

Has relevant experience in Business Development, Senior Corporate Management, Property and Real Estate Management

Must understand the inner workings of a GLC and how it relates to the government of Malaysia including KUSKOP.

Scope of work

Conceive and ensure preparation of the corporate strategic plans to achieve stakeholder expectations
Ensure achievement of the shareholder’s expectations on growth, revenue, and profitability.
Ensure achievement of business goals and objectives by each of the operating units (Property and Asset Management)
Assist the Chairman to ensure effective BOD working process and good governance
Create conditions for effective institutional relations with relevant external organizations, government agencies, investment agencies, industry, associations and organizations
