Senior FM Manager (POP’s) Relocation Opportunity – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Permanent, full-time
About the role:
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior FM Manager for a groundbreaking US$½ Trillion giga-project based in Saudi Arabia. The primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement the FM Management Strategies, Operations, Policies, and Procedures for the company’s assets, ensuring alignment with the Asset Operational Strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Overseeing both hard and soft FM services provided in-house.
- Coordinating asset handovers, testing, and commissioning as well as preparing for FM steady state.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality Facilities Management services promptly and courteously, prioritizing safety.
- Collaborating with Cluster and Public Realm Design teams to ensure compliance with FM regulations and standards.
- Managing, training, and guiding FM staff in line with SLAs/KPIs and Trojena FM & Operations guidelines
- Managing FM cluster analysts and consultants during strategy development, including relevant KPIs.
- Supporting interfaces between entities to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and developing contingency plans as needed.
You will need to be:
The ideal candidate should have spent at least 5 years as a Technical Lead responsible for strategy delivery. They should also possess knowledge of performance-based contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) systems. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, be familiar with CAFM and BIM software, and work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks and projects.
Background, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Over 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) strategies. (Mixed-use development)
- A solid understanding of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred.
