Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Financial Analyst to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be integral to financial consolidation, planning, analysis, performance monitoring, and funding management. Your expertise will support strategic financial decisions and enhance stakeholder engagements through comprehensive financial reporting and insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Consolidation: Assist in updating and integrating financial assumptions into models, and prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate complex financial insights and recommendations.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Analyze financials for various entities, identify funding requirements and sources, and develop effective strategies for subsidy allocation and funding optimization. Apply structured problem-solving techniques to diagnose and address financial issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and review financial progress, conduct comprehensive business plan assessments, and implement robust reporting mechanisms for timely information delivery to stakeholders.
  • Funding & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with stakeholders for long-term financial forecasts, support the preparation of periodic financial reports, and assist in organizing meetings and presentations to address stakeholder queries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years in financial planning, analysis, or a related field, preferably within a top consulting firm, investment bank, or similar environment.
  • Skills:
      • Technical: Proficiency in interpreting financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements), high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
      •  Analytical: Proven ability to generate insights and support strategic financial decisions.
      • Problemsolving: Expertise in structured problem-solving approaches and implementing effective solutions.
      • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for highquality reports and presentations. Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
      • Financial Planning & Analysis: Experience in financial consolidation, planning, and analysis, with the ability to capture and analyze financial data.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of real estate development and familiarity with working with government funding entities is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Located in or willing to travel to Riyadh, KSA
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory
