Position: Executive Director Marketing (Real Estate Development)

MRG Global are proud to be conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client for a visionary leader to fill the position of Executive Director of Marketing (Real Estate Development) responsible for building marketing partnerships and delivery of events and the design and content development for the company's marketing campaign. This includes the management of corporate social media sub-accounts in the company's branding.
Overview:
Our client is a dynamic and innovative PIF-backed entity located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of its commitment to providing a world-class destination, they are seeking a C-level Executive Director of Marketing to direct the structure and content creation to be used across the Real Estate Development Complexes website, social media campaigns and performance marketing. The successful incumbent will direct the preparation of design and content for campaigns, conferences and presentations as well as directing the management of corporate social media accounts on a corporate level.
Responsibilities:
As the Executive Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop the Marketing strategy and business plans in alignment with the organization's strategy to ensure achieving the strategic objectives.
- Stakeholders Engagement: Act as the company representative with local and international ventures and enterprises to establish and maintain good working relationships with the key stakeholders within and outside the business.
- Budget: Lead the marketing budgeting process and budget on-time submission to ensure it is compliant with the budgeting policy.
- Governance & Resilience: Cultivate strong Marketing policies and procedures and monitor implementation to ensure achieving functions operational excellence.
- People Management: Direct performance evaluation process and employee performance management processes within Real Estate Development marketing in alignment with the HR policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement for employees' performance.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in brand management in the entertainment sectors or related areas (theme parks or live theatre) with a track record of successful projects on a global scale.
- Strong understanding of entertainment industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design & content, social media, marketing partnerships and events and brand and tactical campaigns
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Passion for branding and entertainment and a commitment to delivering exceptional content.
