Our client is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join as the Executive Director of the Equestrian Division. The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the ambitious equestrian vision.


  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and articulate a comprehensive equestrian strategy aligned with the organization's vision.
    • Lead the planning and execution of equestrian initiatives in line with broader business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Equestrian Division, including facilities, staff, and programming.
    • Implement best practices in horse care, training, and overall management to maintain high standards of excellence.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, industry partners, and equestrian communities.
    • Represent the organization at national and international equestrian events, building the brand's reputation in the equestrian world.
  • Real Estate Development:
    • Collaborate with the real estate development team to plan, design, and implement equestrian facilities, ensuring integration with the overall master plan.
    • Lead the development of state-of-the-art equestrian real estate assets, including stables, training arenas, and associated infrastructure.
  • Master Planning:
    • Contribute to the master planning process, providing insights into the design and layout of equestrian facilities to optimize functionality, aesthetics, and visitor experience.
    • Ensure that equestrian real estate assets align with our client’s overall vision and urban design principles.
  • Asset Management:
    • Oversee the ongoing management of equestrian real estate assets, ensuring proper maintenance, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value and utility of equestrian properties.
  • Equestrian Tourism Development:
    • Work closely with the tourism and marketing teams to create and promote equestrian tourism packages, attracting visitors and enthusiasts from around the world.
    • Explore partnerships and collaborations to enhance the visibility of equestrian real estate assets on a global scale.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the budget for the Equestrian Division, ensuring financial sustainability and optimal resource allocation.

  • Innovation and Development:
    • Drive innovation in equestrian experiences, introducing new and unique offerings to attract a diverse range of visitors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in the development and management of equestrian real estate assets, including stables, training facilities, and associated amenities.
  • Knowledge of land-use planning, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations related to equestrian developments.
  • Familiarity with the unique requirements of equestrian real estate, including horse-friendly infrastructure and landscape design.
  • Proven success in negotiating and securing partnerships with stakeholders in the equestrian and real estate industries.
  • Understanding of the economic drivers and market trends shaping equestrian real estate in the Middle East.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee the timely and cost-effective delivery of equestrian real estate assets.
  • Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of equestrian development projects.
  • Minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience in the equestrian industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing equestrian operations.
